Founded in 2014, we provide person-centered services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the Florida Medicaid Waiver program. Our work is rooted in dignity, choice, and real community inclusion.

We support individuals through services such as supported living, supported employment, personal supports, companionship, and meaningful involvement in community activities and events. Our team works both within family homes and in independent living settings.

A large part of what we do is transitional support—helping individuals move out of group homes and into living situations they choose for themselves. We provide comprehensive, 24-hour live-in care when needed, ensuring continuity, safety, and genuine quality of life.

At the heart of our work is the belief that people with disabilities deserve the same autonomy, connection, and opportunities as anyone else—and we’re honored to walk alongside them in building lives that feel like home, not programs.
